WPG is the incubator behind the brands. It doesn’t sell or ship anything itself — your order ships from the brand’s own store.

How shipping generally works

Our brands typically ship across Canada and the United States, with tracking once an order is on its way. Processing times, delivery options, and any free-shipping offer are set by each brand and shown on that brand’s site at checkout.

How to return an order

Returns go through the brand you bought from, not WPG. The usual path:

• 1. Go to the brand’s store and find its returns or contact page.
• 2. Get in touch with your order number and what’s wrong.
• 3. The brand confirms whether your item qualifies and sends return instructions.
• 4. Send it back as instructed; the brand refunds or replaces it.

Pouch sizing

Pouches come in a slim format designed to sit comfortably under your lip. Most brands offer a single standard size.

Strength, not size

What varies between products is strength, not physical size. Each brand lists its strength options on its own site and on the label.

What are non-nicotine pouches?

Pouches you place under your lip that deliver functional ingredients — caffeine, amino acids, vitamins — without tobacco or nicotine. Nothing to smoke, chew, or drink.

Are they safe?

WPG brands use food-grade ingredients and are designed for adult use. Each brand lists every ingredient on its label and product pages. If you have a medical condition or take medication, check with your doctor first.

How do I use one?

Place the pouch between your gum and upper lip. Leave it for 20–45 minutes. The pouch slowly releases the active ingredients. Do not chew or swallow it. Discard after use.

How long does it take to feel anything?

Most people notice effects within 15–20 minutes. Onset and intensity vary depending on the product, your body weight, and your sensitivity to caffeine.
