WPG Brands Inc. has entered the combat-sports market with Pulse, a non-nicotine performance pouch built for athletes who read ingredient labels before they buy anything.

The formula pairs caffeine with L-theanine and Alpha-GPC, aimed at the kind of sustained, controlled focus combat athletes train for rather than a short energy spike.

Pulse launched with two limited-edition SKUs, Blue Razz Ice and Fresh Mint, produced in collaboration with Clocked & Loaded (CNL), a combat-sports and boxing lifestyle brand. Both are sold exclusively at takeyourpulse.shop -- a real, live retail channel, not a launch announcement ahead of one.

"Pulse is not a general energy product dressed up for athletes," said Abeer Subhani, Principal -- Brand Strategy, WPG Brands Inc. "It is a precision product built from the ingredient up, for people who know the difference."

It is the second brand WPG Brands has taken to market this way -- pairing a credible partner with a real, checkable product before spending on advertising, the same approach the company used to launch Wake earlier this year.

Pulse is one of three brands operated by WPG Brands Inc. on a shared commercial engine, alongside Wake and ALRT.
