Wake Pulse Global Was Built to Commercialize Independent Consumer Brands
TORONTO
Retail purpose
What this event means for retail distribution and market entry.
What happened
- Wake Pulse Global Inc., operating publicly as WPG Brands, was formed because a credible product still needs a connected company behind it. Product development, positioning, compliance, finance, operations, partnerships, distribution and public communication are often handled separately, leaving the founder responsible for every gap.
- Patrick Sills and Abeer Subhani began developing WAKE through Cannitec Solutions in 2024. The work required decisions about the intended customer, credible product promise, market position, commercial route and operating requirements—not only formulation or packaging.
- James Cappellano and the Clocked N’ Loaded team began developing PULSE in the middle of 2025 around performance, ingredient transparency and competitive communities. Its different audience demonstrated that reusable commercial infrastructure should strengthen a brand without making every brand look or sound the same.
- At the end of 2025, the Cannitec Solutions and Clocked N’ Loaded teams brought their complementary work together under Wake Pulse Global. Wake Pulse Global Inc. is the Canadian entity, Wake Pulse Global LLC supports United States operations, and WPG Brands is the public operating identity for the company’s brands and commercialization work.
Why it matters
WPG’s formation connects product positioning with the operational, claims, inventory, distribution and market-support decisions retailers need behind a brand.
